Practical Exams for Professional Chefs
Designed and Delivered by Chefs
The pilot programme to develop this training as a benchmark for chefs in Wales was launched on 12 February 2008 at the Battle of the Dragons international cooking contest at Llandrillo College, where the Welsh Culinary Association were competing against teams from Italy and Sweden.
