Welcome to the second edition of ELEMENTARY

Our job at TTfW is to help you get the skills development  you need for your business, so please give us your feedback on our current projects and also let us know what else we should be tackling in the future. In this edition:

  • We are ready to reveal more about Wales’ innovative new customer service programme, Croeso Cynnes, so join us on 16 October - see below for more details.
  • The Triple A Chef project is moving apace. Places for mentors and learners are limited, so please register your interest as soon as possible.
  • A budding celebrity chef in your kitchen? Make sure they enter the prestigious Young Welsh Chef of the Year competition, which will be held in Cardiff on 19 November.
  • Our newest initiative, Cardiff Welcomes the World, will provide Cardiff with a team of qualified guides who can welcome international visitors to our capital in their own language. If you are a linguist, contact us and find out more…..
  • Our regional colleagues have been out and about over the summer, talking to businesses. They are now taking bookings for a range of events over the autumn period, so make sure you book early to secure your place.

Best wishes,
Diana James
Director, TTFW
