'Gallu' is the People Development Programme for all tourism related businesses in South West Wales.
The aim of 'Gallu' is to help tourism related businesses with any training and business development challenges they have within their business and help them find the solutions. 

Gallu's strong HRD Team assist individual businesses in identifying their training and development needs, and work with each Tourist Association to encourage businesses to engage with Gallu and invest in staff development by participating in training courses, workshops, seminars and open days.

Gallu can help with all your training needs either with the facilitation of a workshop or by helping you source a training provider who already has exactly what you need.

The Gallu team is working on behalf of the tourism sector behind the scenes, influencing people to ensure that tourism is as high on their Agenda as it should be!

Gallu's on the move for post Summer Training!

‘Gallu’ the People Development Programme for Tourism Businesses across South West Wales has been in operation for nearly four years and are on the move over the next few months visiting businesses across South West Wales to find out what their training needs are.
Gallu are asking businesses to participate in a Training Needs Analysis Survey to find out what businesses needs are in Pembrokeshire to ensure that the seminars,
workshops and trade days arranged after the Summer meet the needs of the industry.
Whether it’s First Aid, Marketing, or a website course or even a housekeeping workshop, Gallu is on hand to help your business!
The Training Needs Analysis should only take 15 minutes to complete, so expect a call and remember to mention any development needs you or your business have!

Gallu's and Tourist Associations Touring Surgeries

Gallu and the three Tourist Associations across South West Wales will be touring the area over next 6 months to support and advise tourism businesses.
If you are interested in joining your local Tourist Association or are a member and want some advice and support come along to join us for a cup of tea and a chat!
Gallu will be on hand to help you with any challenges or development needs you may have and are on hand to give you advice on courses coming up in the area.
