Who We Are
The Tourism Training Forum for Wales was established to provide leadership, guidance and co-ordination for tourism training and education in Wales. A skilled workforce is crucial to the industry’s success and the Forum is promoting tourism training, encouraging people to choose tourism as a long term career, and campaigning for training and education projects which are relevant to the needs of the industry.
TTFW Key Objectives are:
Tourism Businesses
Motivating businesses to take advantage of learning and helping them to access provision
Education and Training Providers
Encouraging providers to offer relevant, accessible and high quality learning to the industry
Partners
Supporting partners from the public, voluntary and private sectors to develop and deliver human resource action plans that respond to the needs of the tourism industry and contribute to the Welsh economy
Decision Makers
Raising and maintaining the profile of tourism training, and to inform and influence policy and practice
